Build me an electric circuit for wireless power transmission.

I am looking for an engineer to build me an electric circuit for wireless power transmission. I need a transmission system that utilizes microwaves, as I believe that would meet my specific requirements best. I do have an idea of what I need, but I am also open to suggestions. The voltage requirement for transmission for this project is 200v. The successful engineer will need to take my suggestions and ideas into account, while also providing a professional level of service and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. The successful engineer must also have a vast amount of experience designing and constructing power transmission circuits.
