Buck-Boost Converter

I am looking for a freelancer who can design and build a Buck-Boost Converter for a power supply application. The converter should have the following specifications:

* Input Voltage : 16-32 V DC
* Output Voltage : 28V DC; 5 Amp with dimming facility from 10V to 28V using 10K pot.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing and building Buck-Boost Converters
- Knowledge of power supply systems and voltage regulation
- Familiarity with power electronics and circuit design
- Ability to select and integrate suitable components for the converter
- Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools for converter performance evaluation

The ideal freelancer should have a strong background in electrical engineering and power electronics. They should be able to provide a detailed design and schematic diagram for the Buck-Boost Converter, as well as recommendations for suitable components. Additionally, the freelancer should be able to perform simulations and analysis to ensure the converter meets the desired specifications.
