Brewery MEP Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an experienced MEP engineer, licensed by the state of Tennessee, for a small commercial brewery project. The project is a renovation within a former bar. The client is an experienced brew master. This will be his second location and requires little to no help with the brew system. The job includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
Key requirements:
- Mechanical:
- HVAC design
- Ventilation (as needed)
- Electrical:
- Lighting systems
- Power distribution
- Plumbing services are also required
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in MEP design for commercial breweries or similar facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and electrical systems.
- Ability to create efficient and compliant designs.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Additional requirements:
- Completed drawings must be signed and sealed.
- Project area is 1911 sq ft.
- Timeline for completion is 90 days.
