Boolean search

I need help creating an effective Boolean search to recruit talent. The desired outcome of the search is to find specific information but also exclude certain information, combining 4 or more search terms. I prefer the search to be conducted on indeed and LinkedIn but am open to any search engine or platform that can provide the desired result.
