Basic System with one PLC, One HMI.
Four valves, Agitator, Level Agitator, Level transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Pump
1. Idle, start initiated by operator via the HMI.
2. Fill the tank to “level 1” with hot water.
3. Fill the tank to “level 2” with wax, start the agitator 30 seconds into this step. The agitator remains running through step 6.
4. On the HMI, prompt the operator to add dry ingredients.
5. On the HMI, the operator acknowledges the prompt, indicating that dry ingredients have been added.
6. Agitate for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Fill the tank to “level 3” with cold water.
8. Agitate for 1 minute.
9. Pump out the tank, emptying the tank to “level 0”.
10. Drain the tank. The drain valve remains open until sequence reset, allowing manual drain.
11. Reset, return to Idle.
