BMS Project Cylon

Hello, I have a project that I need help with: a BMS (Building Management System) project called Cylon. I'm looking for someone to design and install a new BMS system. No hardware is necessary for this project, but it does require a DC power supply. If you feel you have the knowledge and expertise to help me with this project, please let me know.
In the BMS system, 32 electric meters (ModBus), 16 water meters (M-Bus), 6 lighting controls and 3 water pumps are to be integrated.
The programming part must be done in CXPro HD and the visualization part in Aspect Studio
