I am looking for a skilled professional to help me build an auxiliary dwelling unit on my property in Silver Spring. This project and other I work on requires 1) Mechanical engineering consultants, and 2) Electrical Engineering consultants. I am seeking someone who can work efficiently to meet my timeline of less than 6 months for this and many other projects (Hopefully12-22 per year). I need a reasonable rough estimate to sign contracts and final estimate at construction documents.
