Automation Engineering Recruitment -
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I am looking for a recruiter in latin america with experience in the industrial automation sector.
You should be based in either Brazil, Mexico, Colombia or Argentina and have a good knowledge of the local labor market.
I am based in Germany and I am starting a recruitment agency to help German companies to hire talent worldwide. My focus are automation engineers for industrial applications (mainly PLC Engineers). There is a shortage of skilled workers in that field in Germany due to ageing demographic and decline in STEM-graduates. Because of this, companies are increasingly open to look for candidates overseas. I have worked for 10 years in HR positions in the german engineering and manufacture industry and would therefore cover the customer side of the recruiting processes myself.
General requirements for candidates would be: university degree in electrical engineering or computer sciences; 2+ years of practical experience in PLC-programming; Fluent in English (or German); willing to move to Germany for a next career step
Candidates can expect: a position in a reputable German engineering firm; an annual salary from 40.000 USD to 80.000+ USD; a visa and relocation process that is handled by us with no upfront cost for them; free language classes
