I need a pick-and-place automated metal sheet handling system designed for hydraulic press applications. The system should be able to handle small-sized metal sheets (up to 1m x 1m). The design needs to be built with off-the-shelf equipment and not with fabrication.
Key Objectives:
- Reduce overall cycle time
- Increase efficiency
Essential Functions:
- High-speed operation
- Precision in placement
- Robust safety features
Integration with standard off-the-shelf equipment is required. Additionally, I am looking for someone whose design has been implemented in production and can showcase a working project based on their design.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with automation systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic press operations
- Strong background in safety protocols and precision engineering

Placement on press: 0.5 seconds
Press operation (Proximity sensing): 2.0–2.5 seconds (adjustable via press tuning)
Bowl retrieval: 0.8 seconds
Stacking: 0.6 seconds
Total: 5.0–5.4 seconds ✅
Candidate preference: Should be from Delhi NCR or North India.
