AutoCAD Wiring Diagram Digitization

Job ID: 40173692

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have more than 200 pages of handwritten field notes that capture wiring diagrams and schematics for an ongoing project. The task is straightforward for someone comfortable reading electrical drawings: open the DWG template I’ll supply, interpret each page of notes, and draft the information accurately in AutoCAD.

You will be looking at legible sketches, transferring every conductor, device, and call-out exactly where it belongs, following my layer names, linetypes, and title-block conventions. The reference examples you’ll receive are also in DWG, so you can mirror the style and annotation without guesswork.

Speed matters—I’d like to see the first batch turned around ASAP and then keep a steady rhythm until the full set is complete. Consistency is more important than artistry; each sheet just needs to match the template and reflect the field measurements precisely.

Deliverables
• One clean DWG per handwritten page, ready to slot straight into our master set
• Updated index sheet (I’ll provide the format) after every 25 pages

I’m happy to answer clarifying questions, but I expect minimal rework from an engineer who already understands typical wiring symbols and NEC conventions. If that sounds like you, show me a similar sample of your AutoCAD work, and we can get started right away.
