I have routine projects related to electrical and electronics. I wanna hire electrical/electronics engineer for long term so that we can do buisness on longterm basis.
For now i have below project:
I want a Li on battery BMS with passive balancing. The systems will consist of 3 lion cells connected in series, The BMS must monitor and display the voltages, currents, Temperature, SOH and SOC and it must do passive balancing between cells and bring them to the same voltage level. You can use Arduino or microcontroller as you prefer.
