Air Pollution Control System Design

I am looking for a highly experienced freelance engineer to design a comprehensive air pollution control and gas treatment system for industrial operations, specifically for lead smelting furnaces and lead-acid battery recycling processes. The system must be professionally engineered, reliable, and capable of handling high-temperature gases, particulate matter, acidic fumes, and heavy metals, ensuring emissions are reduced to internationally accepted environmental limits.
Key Requirements:
• Design a complete and efficient system that may include components such as: cyclones, gas coolers, baghouse filters, wet scrubbers, and induced draft fans
• Analyze the composition of exhaust gases and recommend suitable treatment solutions based on process characteristics
• Deliver detailed technical designs and engineering drawings (P&ID, layout, etc.) that meet international environmental and industrial standards
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in designing industrial gas treatment and air pollution control systems
• Strong knowledge of particulate, toxic gas, and acid fume control technologies
• Ability to deliver clear, reliable, and implementation-ready designs that are environmentally compliant and operationally effective
