Agricultural Machine Electrical Schematic Decomposition ZUKEN E3 -- 2

Job ID: 40482945

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

Technical Specification – Electrical Schematic Analysis and Decomposition (Zuken File)

1. Project Background
We have a Zuken file containing the complete electrical schematic of an agricultural machine. This schematic covers all electrical circuits, including a central fuse box that consolidates multiple functions.
In its current form, the schematic is comprehensive and dense, making the analysis of individual circuits particularly challenging.

2. Mission Objectives
Phase 1 – Circuit Decomposition by Fuse
The primary objective is to:
• Identify every fuse present in the fuse box
• Isolate all electrical components associated with each fuse
• Produce a dedicated layer per fuse
Each layer must contain:
• The relevant fuse
• The complete associated circuit (wiring, components, grounds, power supplies, etc.)
• All connections required for a self-contained understanding of the circuit
Phase 1 Deliverables:
• One PDF file per fuse, containing only the corresponding circuit
• strongly preferred:
o Modified Zuken source file
o Clear layer organization with explicit naming convention (e.g., FUSE_01, FUSE_02, etc.)

Phase 2 – Data Exploitation for Electrical Analysis
In a second phase, the objective is to leverage the schematics for deeper electrical analysis.
The freelancer will be required to:
• Integrate or transpose into the schematics:
o Cable lengths derived from the 3D harness model
o Wire cross-sections
• Associate with each circuit:
o Conductor lengths
o Wire cross-sections
o Electrical loads (individual component consumption data will be provided in an Excel file)
End Goal:
To enable:
• Voltage drop and load loss calculations (section optimization)
• Electrical consumption analysis
• Validation or optimization of harness sizing
Phase 2 Deliverables:
• Enriched schematics including:
o Cable lengths
o Wire cross-sections
• Summary table per circuit including:
o Associated fuse
o Total cable length
o Cross-section
o Estimated current draw
o Voltage drop (where calculated)
• Calculation report
o Excel summary file

3. Provided Materials
• Zuken file of the complete electrical schematic
• Zuken 3D harness model or cable length export
• Additional technical data (as required)

4. Required Skills
The freelancer must have proven proficiency in:
• Reading and analyzing industrial electrical schematics
• Zuken E3 electrical CAD software
• Electrical sizing fundamentals:
o Cable cross-sections
o Voltage drop calculations
o Load consumption analysis
Experience in agricultural machinery, vehicles, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.

5. Constraints & Requirements
• Maximum clarity of all deliverables (goal: facilitate internal review and analysis)
• Consistent and coherent naming conventions throughout
• Unambiguous, ready-to-use schematics
• Full traceability of assumptions (particularly for estimated cross-sections or lengths)

6. Timeline & Pricing
Each phase will be quoted and invoiced independently:
• Phase 1 – Circuit decomposition by fuse: due by April 24, 2026
• Phase 2 – Schematic enrichment and electrical analysis: due by May 1, 2026

7. Validation Process
Each phase will be subject to:
• An intermediate review and sign-off
• Revision cycles and corrections as needed

8. Future Work & Potential Collaboration
Following successful validation of this project, additional Zuken files from other machines may be submitted for the same workflow. This is intended as an ongoing collaboration, with each subsequent scope to be agreed upon individually.
