I'm seeking a Satellite Communication Systems specialist to conduct an advanced training course in Dubai from 9th June till 13th June. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the following areas:

- Satellite communication fundamentals
- Satellite network design
- Satellite antenna systems
- Satellite Band Frequencies
- Satellite Communication Systems Design
- Use Cases and Coordination

The target audience for this course will be engineers, so the training content should be tailored to their level of understanding.

Skills and experience in training delivery are a must, as the course should be engaging, informative, and structured to ensure knowledge retention. It would be beneficial if the specialist had prior experience in delivering advanced training to engineers.
