Accurate Temperature Control of a Muffle Furnace : Delta PLC using PID

Delta Temperature Controller, DTC 1000 is current hardware but it Can be changed on Suggestion. Temperature need to be maintained at 500 Degrees Celcius +/- 1 Deg.

Only bid if you have Practical experience in PID Configurations and Accurate Temperature Control.

In HMI: (Any Delta Model)
a. Data logging for Cycle Duration
b. Alarm for temperature going +/- 10 Degrees off Set Value.

Start Stop Timer according to Clock / Calender.

Furnace is :
1. Three Phase - 3 kW Per Phase.
2. 300x300 mm Chamber
3. 9 KW Heater
