I have three safety related accidents reports already analyzed based on 5 why method. I would like to analyze those three accidents using the following methods:

2. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis FMEA
3. Event Tree Analysis ETA
4. Bow-tie Method
5. AcciMap Method
The accidents happened in high voltage electrical substation, Type of accidents are of type such as electrocuted worker, burned worker ..etc.
