Youth Coaching Course Development

I am putting together a practical, engaging online course designed for young adults aged 19-25 who want to sharpen their career-development and personal-growth skills. I have a clear vision of the outcomes—greater self-awareness, confident decision-making, and a step-by-step plan for entering or advancing in the workplace—but I need your expertise to turn that vision into a polished digital learning experience.

You will take the lead on structuring the curriculum, writing learner-friendly content, and packaging it into a series of self-paced modules that combine short videos, worksheets, and interactive activities. Think along the lines of a modern, mobile-friendly LMS setup (Teachable, Thinkific, Moodle, or similar) so that participants can engage anytime, anywhere. If you have strengths in instructional design, coaching methodology, or ed-tech tools—and a knack for speaking to Gen Z in an authentic tone—this project should feel like a perfect fit.

Key deliverables
• A complete course outline (6–8 modules, each with clear objectives)
• Scripts or detailed talking points for each video lesson
• Downloadable exercises, reflection prompts, and career-planning templates
• A simple assessment or quiz for each module to track progress
• On-brand slide deck graphics and any multimedia assets required

After delivery, the content must be ready to upload to the platform we choose, so user-testing insight and quick troubleshooting tips are welcome.
