Wall sketches with details
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create realistic wall sketches for a project I've got in mind. The subject of the sketches should be based on reference images or sketches that I can provide now. The wall sketches are to be done realistically, and should meet a high level of artistic quality. 1) A pre-cast concrete sandwich system using thin-set brick at the upper floors and smooth-faced precast at the ground level, using carbon fiber ties through the insulation layer.
3) Wall sections for each system at 1:25 scale, cut through the building shown in elevation in Fig 1. The building has a Pre-Cast plus Reinforced Concrete structure. The wall section must show and include the details at the floors, the parapet level and at the foundation level, as per a typical wall system. 2 wall sections total.
4) There should be 2 blow-up details for each wall section at a 1:5 scale. They can be at the roof, a typical floor and/or at grade for each wall type. 4 details total.
