Online Course Designer for Just Me & ChatGPT Online Prompt Engineering Certification Course

Seeking experienced online course designer to help us build the foundation of the most comprehensive and innovative prompt engineering certification program in the industry. The curriculum and content for the course is already available, including accompanying media. Very little “rewrite” required, so much so this is almost a “cut and paste” job, with a focus on aesthetics, ease of use and design. Literally. We seek for the available data and media to be assembled quickly in an easy to use, free flowing and visually engaging style that matches context and feel of our website. The ability to work independently effectively is an imperative for this project as we are in the middle of the live attendance course, which we are seeking to entirely replace with the online option, as well as compiling the curriculum for the industry specializations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work quickly and independently to design, assemble and structure the advanced online course. If you are experienced in this area we are open to suggestions, however our current choice for hosting the course is Teachable.
- Assess written and video instructional materials to determine that they are comprehensive, engaging, and easily understood to provide an exceptional learning experience for our students
- Compile and incorporate the available cutting-edge AI technologies (plug-ins, APIs, specific use AI, etc) into the course design to ensure our students have access to and are learning the most up-to-date and relevant AI assets
- Set up all features in Teachable that align with our brand and business goals, such as material downloads, group/chat area for students, social media marketing option, affiliate marketing option, etc
- Evaluate and course materials and design interactive exams
- Incorporate free option for students to choose an industry specialization AFTER they have passed the course and gained certification (this is the part of the course that is only partially complete and we want to solely focus on right now while the advanced PE course hosting is being completed)
- Set us API and incorporate button link for students to visit Open AI and access ChatGPT within the school
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and developing online courses, preferably with at least some understanding and experience with using AI
- Strong knowledge of best practices for online course design and adult learning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on instructional clarity and engaging content
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively work independently
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate industry trends and best practices into course design
