Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Moodle LMS specialist to create user-facing learning courses for the scalenowAI platform.

User guide for the platform will be provided.
You must review www.scalenowai.com.au to understand how the platform works.
You must update and create Moodle courses using screenshots taken directly from scalenowai.com.au.

This role is not about writing new documentation from scratch
This role is not about Moodle installation or system administration

Your responsibility is to convert the provided user guides into clear, step-by-step Moodle courses, enhanced with real screenshots from the live scalenowAI platform.


Scope of Work (4 Weeks)

What Will Be Provided
• Existing platform user guides (single source of truth)
• Access to scalenowai.com.au
• scalenowAI learning agenda and course outline

What You Will Do
• Review the provided user guides
• Review and navigate scalenowai.com.au
• Capture relevant screenshots from the platform
• Create and update Moodle courses using:
• Sections and lessons
• Step-by-step instructions
• Screenshots from scalenowai.com.au
• Completion tracking
• Basic quizzes or checks (where useful)
• Ensure content is:
• Simple and easy to understand
• Visual and screenshot-based
• Suitable for non-technical business users
