Our cleaning operators and supervisors will soon follow an eight-hour training path inside the Odoo Enterprise eLearning module. I need the entire experience built from the documents and SOPs we already have, then delivered as fully functional SCORM packages so that progress and quiz scores are tracked natively in Odoo.
What the course must feel like
• Dynamic: interactive videos and animated presentations keep attention high.
• Complete: all procedures and safety details from our manuals must be covered without gaps.
• Practical: real-life examples woven into each lesson so staff immediately relate theory to their daily routine.
Each module should close with an evaluation—quizzes or other question sets—that feed scores back to Odoo. The final set of SCORM files (SCORM 1.2 or 2004) has to upload cleanly, show slide completion, and report quiz results per user.
Acceptance criteria
1. Eight hours of total seat time split into logical modules.
2. SCORM packages pass Odoo’s built-in tester and register completion, time, and scores.
3. Content includes: interactive videos, animated slides, examples prácticos, animaciones, información completa, and at least one evaluaciones y cuestionario per module.
4. Visuals and language remain clear for a frontline cleaning audience; Spanish voice-over or captions are fine.
5. A short PDF guide explains where each lesson maps to our original documents for future updates.
I’ll provide all source material, brand guidelines, and Odoo access; you bring the instructional design and SCORM know-how to make it engaging and trackable from day one.
