I need a set of engaging, self-paced interactive modules for professionals in health and social care. Each module should bring theory to life with practical, scenario-based activities so that learners can immediately apply what they have learned on the job.
Scope of content
• Patient care techniques
• Healthcare regulations
• Social care best practices
Required interactivity
• Quizzes and assessments for knowledge checks
• Drag-and-drop activities to reinforce key steps and processes
• Simulated scenarios that mirror real-world decision making
Please build each module so it runs smoothly on desktop and mobile, and supply the finished package in a standard format suitable for integration into our LMS (SCORM or xAPI preferred—let me know if you need clarification).
I will provide any branding assets, terminology guides and existing policy documents once we begin. You will handle the instructional design, visual layout, and basic audio narration if useful. I’m happy to review a brief storyboard or prototype early on to confirm tone and depth before you complete the full build.
Final acceptance criteria
1. All three topics are covered in separate or combined modules, totalling roughly 45–60 minutes of seat time.
2. Every learning objective is assessed at least once through the interactive elements listed above.
3. Packages import into our LMS without errors and track completion properly.
