I need a full-featured Learning Management System focused on Health, Safety & Environment training. The platform must let me upload and manage interactive courses that blend quizzes, scored assessments, and rich scenario-based simulations. As learners move through each module, their individual progress should be captured in real time and displayed in clear dashboards for both them and administrators.
Core requirements
• Course upload: drag-and-drop or SCORM/xAPI import, with support for video, slides, and interactive HTML5 content wrapped inside a single course shell.
• Interactivity engine: built-in quiz builder (single choice, multiple choice, matching, hotspots) and a simulator area where we can script step-by-step HSE scenarios.
• Certification: automatic generation of branded certificates once the required pass mark is met, stored in the user’s profile and downloadable as PDF.
• User roles: super-admin, instructor, learner.
• Individual tracking: time spent, scores, completion status, and expiry reminders for recertification.
• Responsive interface: works smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Security & compliance: GDPR-ready data handling and SSL throughout.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can upload a complete interactive course and see it listed within the catalog.
2. A learner can enrol, take quizzes and simulations, and the system records scores instantly.
3. On achieving the pass mark, a certificate bearing our logo and unique ID is issued automatically.
4. Admin reports export to CSV/PDF showing each learner’s progress metrics.
5. System is deployed on our preferred cloud host with all source code and setup documentation delivered.
