• Schedule and manage an e - learning project Develop educational courses (WBT / CBT / ILT) using ISD
• Create ISMs (Instructional Strategy Matrix)
• Create ID guidelines & checklists
• Develop Story Boards for Prototypes/Pilots
• Perform Self Reviews
• Conduct Peer Reviews
• Coordinate with cross-functional production teams
• Conduct Integrated QC
• Ensure process adherence
• Adhere to project-related standards & guidelines
• Flag concerns related to quality, and schedule to Functional Lead
• Provide innovative and creative solutions by using new techniques and ideas.
• Specify learning outcomes and create instructional materials using the ADDIE model
