- Everyday Conversations: Plan and conduct training sessions that focus on improving my trainee's ability to engage in common, day-to-day conversations.
- Business English: Incorporate business-related language and scenarios to enhance my trainee's professional communication skills.
- Travel and Tourism: Integrate themes related to travel and tourism to broaden my trainee's vocabulary and provide a well-rounded learning experience.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions: The candidate should have a dynamic and engaging teaching style, promoting active participation and ensuring the trainee's comprehension and retention of the material.
- Provide regular feedback and analysis: Regularly review the trainee's progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust the training program as needed.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably with a focus on conversational skills.
- Strong curriculum development skills, particularly in tailor-making training programs to suit individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and motivate the trainee.
- Familiarity with business English and the travel and tourism industry could be an added advantage.
If you're a language instructor with a passion for helping others improve their English skills and have the necessary experience, I'd be happy to hear from you.
