Emprendemento Galego Course Website

I have a complete e-learning course packaged in SCORM (see https://xoc.usc.gal/series/683dc24e6088e14e7908bd07). I now want to publish it under the name “Emprendemento Galego” as an open, barrier-free course that feels like a lightweight LMS.

I’m flexible on the platform—WordPress, GitHub Pages, or any other solution you can justify—so long as it is low-maintenance and lets me update content myself.

Core goals
• Host and play the existing SCORM packages in-browser.
• Offer direct access to videos/multimedia and downloadable documents.
• Keep the course fully open; no registration or login should be required.
• Provide a clear, responsive layout in Galician/Spanish-friendly UTF-8.
• Supply brief hand-off instructions so I can add or replace modules later.

Nice-to-have (if achievable within scope)
• Basic progress indicators or bookmarking that work without user accounts.
• Simple analytics (e.g., Matomo, Google Analytics) to understand reach.
• Lightweight SEO setup so the course is discoverable.

Please outline your chosen stack or theme, any necessary plugins or libraries for SCORM playback, and an estimated timeline. Links to prior similar work are very welcome.
