Employee Training Interactive Video
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 INR
I’m building a short, engaging video module that teaches our employees a specific set of procedures and immediately checks their understanding. The core purpose is training and education, so learner retention and on-the-spot feedback are critical.
What I need from you
• Produce or assemble the base video content (footage, motion graphics, or screencast—whatever best fits the subject matter).
• Layer in interactive elements that let viewers participate instead of passively watch. I’m open to quizzes, clickable branching, or scenario-based prompts; recommend the mix that will make the lesson stick.
• Package the finished piece so it plays smoothly on desktop and mobile, and can be hosted in our LMS (SCORM 1.2 or 2004 preferred, but I’ll take your guidance if another format is better).
I’ll supply the script outline, brand assets, and any existing training material. You’ll transform that into a polished, self-contained module—storyboard, production, interactivity wiring, and final publish.
Acceptance criteria
1. Interactive checkpoints appear at logical breakpoints and record completion data.
2. Video length stays under 8 minutes without sacrificing clarity.
3. Final file passes a quick test run in our LMS and on a standalone HTML5 player.
If you’re comfortable with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar interactive-video platforms, I’d love to see examples of your previous employee-focused projects and discuss timelines.
