Community Medical Services is a healthcare organization operating 80+ substance abuse treatment clinics with 1,200+ employees. We're building out our internal training capabilities and need a skilled eLearning developer to help create professional training content.
Project Overview
We're looking for a freelance eLearning developer to create SCORM-compliant training courses using TechSmith Camtasia. You'll transform raw screen recordings and SME content into polished, professional training videos with quizzes for our LMS. This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing work.
Responsibilities
• Edit screen recordings into professional training videos using Camtasia
• Add AI-generated or recorded voiceover narration
• Create interactive quizzes and knowledge checks
• Export SCORM 1.2/2004 packages for LMS deployment
• Develop written step-by-step job aids from video content
• Collaborate with L&D team and SMEs to ensure accuracy
Requirements
• Proficiency in TechSmith Camtasia (required)
• Experience creating SCORM-compliant eLearning content
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively
Nice to Have
• Healthcare or compliance training experience
• Experience with TechSmith Snagit and Audiate
• Familiarity with LMS platforms
