I'm searching academic talent on behalf of an e-learning professional who wishes to collaborate with e-learning course creators and SMEs.
After the course is launched, the course creator would also act as the Instructor for the same. Thus, this is a long term project.
Why to join this project?:
1. If you ever had a dream of creating a course of your own
2. If you have a stronghold on any domain/field and you want to capitalize your knowledge

What to do?:
1. Identify your passion on a rare domain and understand the market demand of that domain
2. Create the course content from A to Z
3. Create graphic, videos, doc files as needed for creating the course
4. Work hand-on-hand on the entire course creation journey until the launch of the course
5. Act as the Instructor and Student Query Solver after the launch of the course
6. Speer-head all digital marketing initiatives as will be asked by us
7. Assist us in other works
What we will offer?:
1. We will offer commission based payments on every course purchase by students
2. We will conduct the entire mail marketing campaigns to increase interaction rate
3. We will provide course content hosting and web hosting facilities
4. We will provide the entire database of target users for smooth marketing
5. We will onboard you as the Instructor of the course for as long as you wish to stay with us
Things to keep in mind:
1. This is a long term project and we're seeking talent with professional behavior and attitude
2. You should have a go-to approach as well as a learn-new-stuff approach
3. You should be well versed or atleast learn how to create a video/graphic course content
4. You are ready to rectify your mistakes at any point of time
5. You have a stronghold or atleast have in-depth passion on a particular field/domain
6. The course you choose must have an economic/corporate touch
7. The course should be more practical (and interesting, fun to learn) and less theoretical (not boring)
8. The course topic or content should be vocational, employable, corporate, skill-based
