Articulate storyline developer

I am looking for a Articulate developer to design 3 courses. I will provide the developer the template to use, the voice over and the text. The developer must take the text and put it into bullet points as well as add stock images and create basic interactivite.
Courses are short and straight forward.
This is only for professionals with a proven track record in storyline. My company pays per completed course as quality need to be verified. When you bid on the project, quote per course development. Also, you should note, this is a VERY large project that will keep persons busy for a long time, but the id should be for ONE course from 40.
