Articulate 360 development work

We are looking for an individual or company to create and deliver an interactive 30 mins eLearning module.
The module needs to be developed in Articulate 360 or Adapt, delivering a SCORM object that can be tested and uploaded onto our Learner Management System
The module must be at a standard to be externally accredited for qualification and CPD certification.
The module needs to have in-course assessments and end assessments with a pass rate of 80%
A key requirement is that the Instructional designer is able to create high level educationally sound eLearning content, with high standard technical standard output.
The branding of the module will be neutral in line with two company branding guidelines
The course content will be delivered by subject matter experts in the subject matter who will also be available to review the course as and agreed with the developer.
