Sr. Instructional Designer - Software Technology Product (CRM)
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I need an experienced instructional designer to quickly create interactive eLearning modules for our Salesforce CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging eLearning modules that are user-friendly and effective in teaching our staff how to use CRM-related product
- Ensure the content is visually appealing, interactive, and easy to understand
- Deliver the project urgently, without compromising on quality
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in instructional design, specifically in creating eLearning modules
- Expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Prior experience with any CRM is highly desirable
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging educational experiences through Instructional Design and eLearning best practices. Other responsibilities include curriculum development, training and development, conducting needs analysis, and developing learning management solutions. Experience with:
· Creating S/W Technical Training in the Enterprise SaaS Domain
· Working with Salesforce
· Developing implementation bootcamps
· Writing practitioner certification level questions
· Enterprise SaaS implementations
Responsibilities:
· Design, storyboard and edit course content.
· Collaborate effectively with executive education team members and other instructional designers to achieve common targets and goals.
· Develop instructionally sound design document and/or content outline that include performance-based objectives, adequately cover content area and target the right audience and complexity level.
· Leading and conducting meetings with Clients in North American time zones
· Delivering courseware on time and with ATD-Driven Quality
· Being flexible with client meetings and their time-setups
· Produce and design courses for all markets served by executive education division including experienced executives, teachers and administrators.
· Play a key role in interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs). Conduct research as necessary to define learning objectives and outcomes.
· Recruit and select SMEs as needed to meet customer requirements and product road map objectives.
· Adhering to company culture and policies
· Finishing core office work hours
Qualifications
· Instructional Design and curriculum development skills
· Experience in conducting needs analysis and developing learning management solutions
· Experience in training and development
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and remotely
· Experience using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, etc
· Experience using ADDIE model and Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Event of Instructions, etc.
· Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or any related field
