Your design should incorporate primarily visual learning techniques, using diagrams, infographics, videos, and other visual aids to enhance understanding and retention. You should have:
- Proven experience in instructional design and creating training materials
- Proficiency in visual design tools, games and activities, case stories, mockups, adult learning principles
- Expertise in
- A background in soft skills development
- The ability to condense complex topics into simplified, engaging content for a brief, one-day program.
- Expertise in scripting for ILT, VILT or video-based training.
- Up-to-date knowledge of eLearning trends, technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and adult learning principles.
