Simulation based learning and development project

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful team of experts who will help us create a simulation as a part of a training and development intervention. The storyboard and design elements are ready and will be provided by us. As a part of the project you will have to create a simulation that will be SCORM compliant with leaderboards preferably through Articulate Storyline. The project needs quick turnaround.
