Open an amazon seller guide

i need to open an amazon seller account but i have been struggling as to provide documents .. I want someone who has experience in opening such amazon seller account that guide me and tell what do I have to do and what documents I should provide in order for my account to be active as it became deactivated ,, and they need documents but i cant clearly understand what they want

and some one to hello designing and to set the selling page after activating the account

the work i want is little but i need an expert in opening such account as I'm as a normal person i understand what they want but yet there are ambiguous things i need to know
