I'm seeking a freelancer to create an online SHIFT ministry assessment. This will involve developing a spiritual gifts test (S), a list of service areas people are passionate about - their heartfelt passions (H), a personality type test (I), life factors affecting ministry choices (F), and a list of possible talents a person may possess (T). Also, this assessment should take all of these into consideration to produce three ministry opportunities that matches the individual’s personal profile, based on their input for the SHIFT components mentioned.
