Make eLearning Content and Videos

I am looking for a freelancer learning content designer and learning video maker, with a fair knowledge to Instructional Designing. 22 learning bytes will require to be created, each of ~0.5 mins to 4 mins. Preferred usage of HTML 5.0, with knowledge on making a SCORM Package.

Would like to see specific examples of past work done around the above description only. We are looking for 1-2 experienced people only. Freshers please excuse.
