Interactive Albanian Alphabet Platform for Children (Initial Prototype Phase)

We are launching a digital platform called "Oplala me ABC" designed to help Albanian children in the diaspora learn the Albanian language through fun and engaging activities.
In this initial phase, we are looking for a freelancer who can:
Propose the best platform (Wix, custom code, WordPress, etc.)
Develop a prototype with a few interactive pages (max 5)
Include voice, video, illustrated characters, and basic interactive exercises (e.g., drag & drop, matching games, word puzzles, etc.)
The concept is based on a fictional story about animals going to school, with a main character (a duck named Bani). The platform should be child-friendly, 100% in Albanian language, and intuitive to use.
Requirements:
Experience with interactive educational platforms
Ability to integrate audio and video
Ability to propose simple interactive games or learning exercises
(Preferred but not required) Understanding of the Albanian language
Budget:
For this first phase, the budget is €100 EUR. We aim to create a small demo, and if successful, we will expand to a full alphabet-learning platform.
