an expert in ElasticSearch

We are looking for an expert in ElasticSearch to assist with a) writing a complicated search query involving aggregations, filters, geopoint search and pagination and b) establishing a scalable ES system to hold hundred of thousands of documents. ES is being used as an extension of Rails with the rails-elasticsearch gem and a postgres database. We have good solid developers, but need someone who has experience with Elastic Search in large retail database applications
