Simple elasticsearch/Redis help

Need a way to fix a problem regarding elasticsearch & redis
Once I open one, the other closes.
Apparently I need both "on" for my website to work.
Otherwise this happens:
Various errors pop up when elasticsearch is open, so it seems it's unable to retrieve data

I'm sure this is basic stuff so, message me if you have the required knowledge!
