Setup an elasticsearch index to query company names

Hi, I am looking for a developer with experience in building elasticsearch indices.
I have a dataset of company names (~10M). I am looking to index them in elasticsearch.
We have to configure the mapping of the index in a way that the company name queries should be able to match a variety of cases - edge grams, ngrams, analysers, etc.
Basically need to be able to match :
dow chemicals with dow chemicals ltd
chargebee with charge bee
bank of mahrashtra with bank of maharashtra
Schweithzer with Schweitzer
