Install new M2

I have upload M2 and trying to setup, it needs ElasticSearch setup, I had setup v8 but could not get M2.4 to talk to it, so downgrounded to v.7.9 but this isn't work, either.
I need someone to setup on root level the ElasticSearch and install M2.4 via command line, I have upload M2.4 all ready and setup database etc, just ElasticSearch and maybe Ngix if need, etc
