Help in implementation of search api cloudsearch

I am looking for a search service for my app, where i want to search data from mysql table which has more than 13,00,000 records and generally the traffic would be 20-30K searches per month.

We can look for cloudsearch or opensearch on aws, or any other service, while is cheap.

Majorly i want typos handling, spelling mistakes to be taken care., so i need a low monthly charge
