Help fixing elastic search results relevance (score)

Elasticsearch text query is returning results in the wrong order, need an elasticsearch expert to help tuning the score, so the most relevant items get returned first.

I will provide test data, I'm expecting to get an index mapping/settings with a query that produces the result in the right order. Search is based on a single text field, that we use for a typeahead search.
