Help me distribute elasticsearch on multiple servers

I have an already developed big data management app running on one server but as the amount of data grows latency in importing and searching is increasing so I need help in distributing the app on multiple servers.
The app uses flask for the web part (user interface + importing data from csv) and elasticsearch for storing and searching the data.
