ElasticSearch assistance in proper indexing and searching

We have an ElasticSearch instance intended to provide an autosuggest style keyword search for a real estate website. We have the data loaded in, created indexes, and have queries/filters to return data, but we are not getting the expected results. It is querying across multiple fields in ElasticSearch and is a fairly complicated query.

We are looking for an ElasticSearch expert to spend some time with this setup and help us reindex and adjust our queries to get the results we expect. We will handle all the coding adjustments needed for the public search tool to work - we just need help with what the correct indexing and queries should be for ElasticSearch to get the autocomplete results we need.
