Elastic Search Data Sync Issue

We are currently using Elastic Search for the Search function on our website. However, the data for the search results is not synching correctly for all products. As a result, the search results are not showing the latest data for our catalogue.

Action Items:
Review existing implementation for Elastic search index
Diagnose issue witht data synch and implement necessary solution
