Elastic Expert required - APM, Kibana, Elastic Search

I need assistance with setting up Elastic cloud instance - Please note: Elastic infrastructure is up and running. I need a consultant to work on setting up APM and other features to monitor the application performance. Setup dashboard and alerts, identify root cause analysis for e.g. high CPU usage.
