Primary School Soft Skills Curriculum

I need a complete, age-appropriate curriculum that helps primary school students strengthen three core soft skills—Communication, Teamwork, and Critical Thinking.
The project calls for:
• A clear scope and sequence that shows how each skill builds from one grade to the next.
• Lesson plans (objectives, engaging activities, printable handouts, and simple formative assessments) written in plain English so teachers can pick them up and teach immediately.
• At-a-glance assessment rubrics that teachers can use to track progress on each skill.
• Suggestions for integrating these lessons into existing math, science, or language arts blocks without overloading class time.
