special education tutor
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I am looking for at-home special education tutoring for my son who is in elementary school. He needs assistance with his reading and maths skills and I am looking for someone to provide 1-3 hours of tutoring per week. Our goal is to help him catch up to his peers and better understand his lessons so he can reach his full potential in school. With the right tutor, I'm confident we can make this happen!
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with special education students with ASD/ADHD of similar ages in one-on-one or small group settings, possess up-to-date knowledge of the most effective teaching methods, and be able to assess my son's progress professionally and provide regular feedback to school personnel. I am also looking for someone who is a good communicator and is able to clearly explain concepts and practice routines in a way that engages him.
